Overview

In this role you manage a varied clinical negligence caseload from instruction to resolution, under supervision, while supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters. You will review medical records, instruct experts, and prepare timelines, pleadings, and statements. Responsibilities

• Own caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction to resolution under supervision
• Assist senior team members on complex cases
• Review and analyse medical records, instruct experts, and prepare chronologies
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and settlement documents

Key requirements

• Clinical Negligence Solicitors with 1-3 years PQE
• Excellent client care skills with empathetic handling of sensitive matters
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
