In this role you will help clients in the Defence sector optimise supply chains and logistics to deliver value for money and better collaboration. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, implement transformative solutions, and harness data to drive measurable outcomes. You will support the growth of PA’s Defence Supply Chain practice by delivering high-impact projects for public and private sector clients. This opportunity lets you influence how complex defence supply chains perform at scale, with a focus on real-world impact and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact consulting projects on Defence supply chain and logistics transformation
- Develop innovative strategies to transform organisations’ supply chain teams
- Advise clients on embracing technology to accelerate processes and leverage data
- Implement solutions that drive value for money and performance improvements
- Support business development and expansion of the Defence Supply Chain practice
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams across fast-paced environments
Key requirements
- Strong industrial supply chain and logistics experience
- Extensive knowledge of Defence or adjacent sector supply chains
- Experience leading and supporting change initiatives in multi-stakeholder settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creative solution development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior consulting experience preferred
- CIPS, MCIPS, CILT or equivalent qualifications preferable
- Ability to transfer skills to new supply chain transformation projects
