Overview

In this role, you will lead a client advisory team within a growing insurance broker environment, guiding a five-person advisory group and ensuring top-quality client service for Corporate Client Executives and their clients. You will provide technical guidance on a diverse corporate insurance portfolio and mentor staff to deliver proactive, value-driven service. The position sits in a transformative period with a focus on people development, process improvement, and building a high-performing culture. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the client servicing function and support ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of five Client Advisors, including graduates
• Provide technical guidance across a varied corporate insurance portfolio
• Coach team to deliver proactive, consultative client service
• Drive engagement, performance and continuous improvement within the team
• Support the smooth running of the client servicing function with high service standards
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture during growth

Key requirements

• Strong technical background in corporate insurance
• Experience as Team Leader or Senior Client Advisor ready for management
