In this role, you will lead the Bristol MEP divisions within a renowned engineering consultancy, guiding projects and shaping client solutions. You will drive project delivery, mentor junior engineers, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the practice. The position focuses on sustainable building services across major sectors, contributing to high-profile projects and strategic expansion. Responsibilities
- Head up the Mechanical and Electrical divisions in Bristol
- Lead projects from concept to delivery
- Drive new business development opportunities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
- Maintain high standards of quality and sustainability in projects
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Key requirements
- Experience in MEP/building services with leadership exposure
