Principal Metasurface Engineer

I am seeking a Principal Metasurface Engineer to lead the design and fabrication of advanced metasurface devices operating in the visible range.

The role spans electromagnetic modelling, device optimisation, nanofabrication and optical characterisation, taking concepts from simulation through to working prototypes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in metasurface/nanophotonic design and visible-range optics.
• Expertise in RCWA, FDTD or equivalent modelling tools.
• Hands-on nanofabrication experience, including lithography, deposition and etching.
• Experience with optical characterisation and device optimisation.
• Proven ability to lead projects from design through fabrication and validation.
• Degree or equivalent experience in photonics, optics, physics or engineering.
