Clinical Deputy Manager – Luxury Care Home Lead

Hamberley Care Homes is recruiting a Clinical Deputy Manager for Upton Manor in Poole, Dorset. You will partner with the Home Manager and QA team to uphold clinical practice, conduct audits, review policies and implement action plans, ensuring a luxurious, safe home environment for residents.

You will lead care teams, provide training, manage on-call duties, and support resident assessments while engaging with commissioners and stakeholders to maintain high care standards.
