Overview
In this Sr PM-T role, you drive the strategic roadmap for Amazon Tax Services’ document printing product, which generates billions of critical documents annually. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and business partners to deliver high-impact features that meet customer needs and scale across the business. You’ll measure impact through metrics, tie inputs to outcomes, and iterate quickly in ambiguous spaces. This is a high-visibility role that values clarity, rapid prototyping, and cross-functional influence to advance tax-compliance technology. You’ll work to shape the future portfolio in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a strong emphasis on impact and execution.
Responsibilities
- Influence and drive feature roadmaps aligned with product strategy and vision
- Explain feature impact on value, usability, and performance of the document printing product
- Prioritize trade-offs among customer experience, scope, and time to market
- Collaborate daily with engineers, designers, and business development partners to plan and deliver features
- Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for product specs and architecture
- Define and analyze metrics to measure product success
Key requirements
- Experience owning/defining roadmap strategy
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy
- Experience representing customers and stakeholders in executive-level prioritization
- Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Bachelor or higher in a related field or equivalent experience (not explicitly stated)
