Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end execution of large-scale events, ensuring profitable, high-quality delivery aligned with technical and production standards. You work closely with Sales and Operations to translate client needs into actionable plans, manage onsite execution, and drive operational excellence. You will mentor teams, uphold health and safety and coordinate with vendors to deliver world-class service. This is a hands-on position in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with global opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical production schedules, labor plans, and resource requirements with vendors and venues
  • Coordinate resources to complete each project on time and within scope
  • Maintain client-focused communication and show documentation to address inquiries and concerns
  • Oversee on-site execution from load-in to load-out and manage inventory
  • Assist sales/ops with equipment specs and technical solutions
  • Develop technical diagrams when needed and verify equipment aligns with client needs
  • Lead technical teams on events and ensure adherence to technical and production standards
  • Ensure all health, safety, and risk documentation is in place and communicated to the delivery team
  • Manage post-event processes, reporting, and vendor invoicing
  • Contribute to creation of Project Management SOPs and post-event reviews

Key requirements

  • 4+ years in technical roles within corporate staging or broadcast
  • 1+ year supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Solid technical background and client relationship skills
  • Budget familiarity and cost control
  • Operational logistics experience
  • MS Office experience (required)
  • Technical diagram knowledge/experience (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (may be required)
