Overview
In this Product Manager role, you lead the Open Directory initiative as part of LSEG’s Microsoft Partnership, focusing on Communities use cases and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll shape product strategy, translate it into actionable requirements, and drive AI-enabled, user-centric experiences that boost adoption. You’ll partner with Workspace teams to align objectives, optimize workflows, and deliver measurable engagement with cross-domain stakeholders. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of collaboration, AI, and financial services workflows.

Responsibilities
- Own the product direction and squad outcomes for LSEG Directory within the Workspace Collaboration Cluster
- Collaborate with platform and community teams to prioritise features that boost engagement
- Translate strategy into requirements for prototypes and final development by the engineering team
- Drive end-to-end product development processes: research, prototyping, roadmaps, launch
- Lead or participate in agile ceremonies (scrums, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retros)
- Align work with OKRs and define/track KPIs, usage analytics, and user feedback to reduce friction and increase activity
- Build strong relationships across teams to ensure project success
- Communicate complex concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels
Key requirements
- 10+ years in a senior product leadership role
- Deep understanding of Financial Services workflows and personas
- Experience with chat and collaboration platforms
- Familiarity with bot/agentic, APIs, and natural language AI tech
- Extensive experience in large matrix organizations
- Proven ability to think creatively to advance personalization initiatives
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across technology, product, and business divisions
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
- Ability to work cross-functionally with architecture, data science, proposition, and project management teams
