We are looking for an organised andproactive HR Administrator to join our friendly and supportive HR Team. This isan exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality HRadministration service across the organisation.
As an HR Administrator, you willprovide administrative support across a wide range of HR activities, includingrecruitment and onboarding, contractual changes, absence administration,mandatory training, HR systems administration and workforce reporting.
You will work closely with managers,employees and colleagues across the organisation, providing a professional andresponsive service while ensuring HR processes are completed accurately,efficiently and in line with organisational policies and procedures.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride indelivering a high standard of customer service. You will be joining a teamwhere collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are activelyencouraged.

Please note this is a part time role offering 30 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
- You willsupport the delivery of an efficient and effective HR administration service,acting as a first point of contact for routine HR enquiries and helpingmanagers and employees navigate HR processes.
- You willsupport recruitment and onboarding activities, including advertising vacancies,undertaking pre-employment checks, preparing offer documentation andcoordinating new starter processes.
- You willmaintain accurate employee records and electronic personnel files, ensuringinformation is recorded securely and maintained in accordance with dataprotection requirements. You will also support the administration of key HRsystems, including Bluestream, PCSA, Radar and RotaMaster.
- You willsupport sickness absence administration, maintaining accurate records,highlighting absence triggers and ensuring information is reported withinrequired timescales.
- You willassist with mandatory training administration, professional registrationmonitoring and the production of HR reports and workforce data.
- Working closely with the wider HR Team, you willcontribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support HR projects and helpensure a consistent, customer-focused service is delivered across theorganisation.

Qualifications
- English and Maths GCSE level 4 and above or equivalent
- Degree or equivalent / CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
Experience
- Experience of planning and organisation
- Experience or equivalent of working in a busy customer centred organisation
- Experience of working with confidential information
- Experience of organising and minuting meetings
- Evidence of commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion values and principles in the delivery of all aspects of the role
- Experienced administration gained within a regulated sector and/or function e.g., HR, Training or Education setting
- Experience of data reporting
