Overview

Lead the integrated communications strategy for the EMEA region to strengthen brand, earn media, and shape the corporate narrative in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. You’ll partner with global teams to amplify threat research, executive thought leadership, and regional storytelling that supports growth and reputation. This role offers visibility across markets and a meaningful impact on how the company is perceived by executives, media, and customers. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely, relevant communications that align with business objectives and regional nuances.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated EMEA communications strategy aligned with business priorities and regional growth
  • Drive earned media through company news, product innovation, executive leadership, original research, and industry trends
  • Create and implement executive communications and thought leadership programs to elevate regional leaders
  • Collaborate with global communications to amplify threat research, rapid-response commentary, and cybersecurity insights
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier business, technology, and cybersecurity media across EMEA
  • Manage external PR agencies across markets to ensure consistent execution and measurable results
  • Serve as trusted advisor to regional executives and collaborate with Product Marketing, Analyst Relations, Social Media, and Field Marketing

Key requirements

  • 10+ years in corporate communications or PR, preferably in enterprise tech or cybersecurity
  • Proven success in strategic programs delivering high-impact earned media across EMEA
  • Outstanding storytelling translating complex tech, data, and research into compelling narratives
  • Experience advising senior executives for media engagements and thought leadership with strong judgment on reputation
  • Experience supporting proactive and rapid-response communications
  • Strong relationships with business, technology, and cybersecurity journalists in Europe
  • Experience managing external PR agencies and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Collaborative, low ego, effective at cross-functional partnerships across global teams
