Overview

As Director, Pricing & Market Access Policy, you will lead NAVLIN Insights’ policy offerings, delivering global pricing intelligence and market access perspectives to biopharma clients. You’ll oversee policy tracking, MFN monitoring, and client-facing delivery while shaping AI-enabled analytics to scale insights. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to drive consulting engagements and revenue growth through policy-driven services. This role combines policy expertise with business development, at a global scale, with a preference for UK-based work. You will translate complex policy into actionable client guidance and present insights to executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the NAVLIN Daily team and ensure timely, accurate global policy updates used by thousands of daily users
  • Provide policy intelligence leadership on MFN tracking, global pricing and reimbursement policy monitoring, and custom trackers
  • Oversee delivery of policy intelligence services, maintaining high quality, relevance, and differentiation for clients
  • Translate complex policy developments into clear, actionable client insights and lead client briefings and webinars
  • Act as a senior SME across cross-functional teams, presenting policy insights to biopharma clients and supporting business development
  • Support business development through market opportunity identification, client relationship building, and proposals to grow revenue in policy-driven offerings
  • Contribute to broader EVERSANA consulting engagements in pricing & market access strategy and policy impact assessments
  • Explore AI/automation to improve efficiency and scalability of policy tracking and to develop AI-enabled NAVLIN products and services (research, outputs, writing agents)
  • Engage in other duties as assigned

Key requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in health policy, market access, pricing & reimbursement, or related fields
  • Analytical mindset with strong understanding of global pharmaceutical policy
  • Experience in client-facing roles (consulting, advisory, or industry)
  • Ability to translate complex policy into business implications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
