Overview

In this role you will lead European revenue growth for PMC brands, with a focus on the UK. You will source, negotiate and execute strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities, collaborating with regional and global leaders. You’ll drive multi-year programs across IP, branding, sponsorships and events, while shaping the company’s European expansion. The role combines high-impact dealmaking with cross-functional alignment to scale revenue and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage European revenue initiatives with UK as a priority
  • Source, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships and licensing deals
  • Redline contracts with Legal and manage partnerships at senior levels
  • Collaborate with internal Brand, Sales, Marketing and Editorial teams to gain support for new initiatives and licensing opportunities
  • Support SXSW London sponsorships and partnerships
  • Expand PMC IP and events into the UK and Europe
  • Stay informed on industry trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Pursue large, multi-year revenue programs over smaller, one-off deals
  • Renegotiate and extend existing content licensing and partnerships as needed

Key requirements

  • 10+ years of business development experience, 5+ years in licensing at a Media/Entertainment company
  • Strong understanding of revenue models, guarantees, royalties, rights and permissions
  • Proven track record negotiating complex deals at pace with multiple priorities
  • Established European network of potential partners
  • Experience building and executing non-advertising partner programs that generate recurring revenue
  • Sophisticated contract knowledge and close collaboration with Legal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong, proactive communication with an extroverted demeanor
  • Extensive experience managing partnerships through execution and beyond
