Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across one of our pub venues in Wales. You’ll drive food quality, uphold hygiene standards and work with the pub management team to create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll mentor and develop a motivated kitchen crew, maintain high standards, and ensure rapid, consistent service. If you’re ready to step up from Sous/ Second Chef or already in a Kitchen Manager role, this is your path to progression within Marston’s.
