Hatchery Operative: Entry-Level Training & Growth

Avara Foods Limited is seeking a Hatchery Operative at our Romsey, Hampshire hatchery. No previous experience required; full training is provided. This fixed-term contract is for 6 months, with an hourly pay rate of £13.25 plus £4.71 for Saturdays.

As part of the hatchery team, you’ll assist with daily duties that sustain our business, including sorting chicks, moving eggs between stages, and maintaining high bio-security and safety standards.
