Overview

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a varied civil and commercial disputes caseload for clients across Manchester and the North West. You will contribute to a growing law firm that values high-quality service, professionalism and approachability. Expect work on civil, commercial, landlord and tenant, debt, contentious probate and boundary matters, with flexible working options. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver effective dispute resolution and timely outcomes. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes
• Handle landlord & tenant, debt, contentious probate and boundary disputes
• Provide clear, timely advice and progress cases towards resolution
• Maintain client relationships and proactive communication
• Work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines

Key requirements

• At least 2 years PQE in commercial and civil litigation
• Solid track record across diverse dispute matters
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritisation
