In this role, you join a close-knit employment team to handle respondent-focused matters, both contentious and non-contentious. You will support fee earners, contribute to case strategy, and prepare bundles and hearing materials. Responsibilities
- Support fee earners across the team
- Prepare for and attend Employment Tribunal hearings
- Conduct legal research to support matters and case strategy
- Prepare hearing and disclosure bundles
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless client service
Key requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in employment law
- Strong technical knowledge of employment law
- Excellent communication skills and confidence with clients, counsel and stakeholders
