Pub & Grill Operations Lead & Duty Manager

Harri is seeking a Pub & Grill Assistant Manager in Aberdeen to lead shift operations across F&B, act as Duty Manager, and drive guest experience. You’ll own the floor, mentor the team, and translate commercial strategy into action on the floor.

You’ll collaborate with the broader hotel team, manage cost controls, help with local marketing, and push for top Trip Advisor ratings while delivering memorable guest experiences with energy and personality.
