Job Description:
Aspire Housing is seeking a Technical Maintenance Surveyor to support the Responsive Repairs and Voids teams. The role is hybrid with site visits across the region, based near Newcastle under Lyme. You will survey and inspect homes, specify works and oversee subcontracted repairs to high Aspire standards.
Two years post-qualification experience in social housing surveying is required, with solid trades knowledge and a customer-focused, right-first-time approach consistent with our values.
