As Senior Manager and Finance Workstream Lead, you steer finance delivery across large Oracle Finance Transformation programmes. You will lead multiple finance workstreams, shaping end-to-end solutions that combine Oracle Cloud with AI-enabled processes to drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure design quality, governance, and successful implementation, all while contributing to Deloitte’s Oracle Practice growth. This is a role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance workstream across complex Oracle Finance Transformation programmes
• Oversee Finance domains: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, Tax, Expenses, Collections, Project Financial Management
• Develop and coach Finance functional leads, solution consultants, and SMEs
• Partner with Programme Director and Solution Architect to deliver integrated business and technology solutions
• Drive design decisions and resolve cross-functional process, data, controls, and reporting issues
• Establish and govern Finance solution quality and design consistency across domains
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions within the Finance workstream
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver Finance transformation outcomes
• Promote Oracle Cloud leading practices while aligning with client requirements
• Lead Fit-to-Standard, Design, Build, Test, Cutover and Hypercare activities within Finance
• Ensure controls, governance, compliance and audit requirements are reflected in the solution
• Support development of Finance operating models and ways of working enabled by Oracle Cloud
• Contribute to growth of Deloitte’s Oracle Finance Transformation practice
• Influence strategic Oracle engagements and future direction of Oracle and AI-enabled transformation business
• Based in Belfast, London or Manchester with hybrid working arrangement

Key requirements

• Practical experience delivering Oracle ERP and Finance Transformation programmes
• Proven track record leading large, multidisciplinary Finance delivery teams
• Experience leading business process transformation alongside technology implementation
• Strong experience with Oracle Finance Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Tax)
• Understanding of end-to-end Finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
• Ability to work with Solution Architects to define integrated Finance solutions
• Knowledge of Finance governance, controls, compliance and audit requirements
• Ability to drive design authority, challenge stakeholders constructively and influence senior decision-makers
• Experience managing workstream scope, dependencies, risks, issues and change requests
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for executive audiences
• Experience supporting Finance data migration, testing, cutover and business readiness
• Practical understanding of AI and emerging Oracle capabilities for process improvement
• Ability to travel when required
• Desirable: Finance operating model design and process standardisation, IFRS knowledge, Oracle Cloud certifications, consulting experience, UK Government Security Clearance
