Lead Production Manager – Trade Books (Team Leader)

Pan Macmillan UK is seeking an experienced Production Manager for Picador on a 12 month fixed term contract starting Feb 2027. You will lead end‑to‑end production, manage a team, negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate across editorial, design and sales to ensure top quality books on schedule and within budget.

You will report to the Production Director, champion best practices, and guide junior staff development while maintaining high standards and processes across the division.
