LAW Absolute have been instructed on an exciting opportunity with a Top 50 firm based in London. The position is for an employment associate to join them asap on a 12-month FTC to cover a period of leave.
n The team is looking for someone with a strong contentious and non-contentious employment background gained from a leading UK or international firm. The work will include corporate support including due diligence, restructurings, TUPEs, HR advisory work as well as contentious work which includes; Employment Tribunal litigation, complex exits, restrictive covenant and confidentiality issues and workplace investigations,. The team works closely with colleagues across the Firm, including Corporate, Real Estate, Private Client, Immigration and Dispute Resolution, providing an excellent opportunity to be involved in cross-practice, commercially focused employment work for an international law firm that has a diverse and sophisticated client base..
n They’re looking for someone who is technically strong, commercial and confident working as part of a broader team. this is an appealing role for someone who wants to work on a diverse range of UK and cross practice. contentious and non-contentious work and build on their employment law experience.
