Branch Experience Specialist – Customer Care & Solutions

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to work across Newark and Grantham branches, 35 hours per week on a rota basis between 8am and 6pm. The role involves in-branch and phone support, handling transactions, and helping customers with products while travelling between sites.
