Overview

In this role you shape the PlayStation Store catalogue strategy, aligning title roadmaps, promotions, and commercial priorities into a cohesive global plan. You will lead a small team and work across functions to drive monetisation and customer value. You’ll run experiments, analyse results, and scale learning into catalogue decisions. This is a chance to influence how a premier digital storefront delivers content and experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define catalogue and promotional strategy with clear objectives, KPIs, and guardrails
  • Build an integrated catalogue plan translating roadmaps, forecasts, and commitments into a central master calendar
  • Govern quarterly priorities and promotional calendars
  • Lead promotions experimentation with Analytics and Data Science, defining hypotheses and measures
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery including customer journeys, localisation, and market-specific needs
  • Lead and develop the Catalogue Planning team, improving planning standards and enabling automation

Key requirements

  • 10+ years in strategy, operations, pricing & promotions or ecommerce
  • Proven record of translating promotional strategy into measurable revenue or engagement outcomes
  • Demonstrated people leadership and building high-performing teams
  • Advanced analytical judgement to interpret data and drive decisions through experimentation
  • Strong planning and programme leadership across annual, quarterly, and in-quarter cycles
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrix organisation
