They are now looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor at 5yrs+ PQE to join the team and play an important role in its continued development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor who is looking for high-quality work, increased responsibility and genuine career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Assist with larger and more complex corporate transactions
- Take responsibility for running smaller transactions from start to finish
- Advise on a range of non-transactional corporate matters
- Work closely with clients and develop long-term relationships
- Develop your technical expertise and commercial acumen
- Supervise, coach and support more junior members of the team
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
- Become a trusted adviser to a diverse client base
The Corporate team advises clients across a broad range of matters, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Corporate restructurings
- Investments
- Joint Ventures and Shareholders’ Agreements
- LLP and Partnership Agreements
- General company advice
- AIM and PLC-related work
