You will join us at an exciting time as the Royal Borough continues with its on-going ambitious regeneration programme and you will play a pivotal role in delivering some of our key corporate objectives .

We are looking to recruit an experienced, skilled and dynamic Assistant Head of Legal Services – Regeneration & Property, to lead our in-house team . You will be responsible for leading a team that delivers Royal Borough of Greenwich’s property work including regeneration, commercial property, homeownership and land transactions. We are looking for someone who cares about what they do, are passionate about improving standards and performance, and are committed to mentoring and developing a team that shares this vision .

The role will involve legal advice and support to committees, members and senior officers, and taking any appropriate measures to ensure continued legal service delivery . You will also contribute to the overall management of Legal Services, as part of an excellent management team.

If you think you have the commensurate skills and want to play a vital role in the next stage of our continuous improvement journey, Royal Borough of Greenwich might be the next step in your career.

You must be a qualified solicitor or barrister holding a current practising certificate, or FiLex.
