Senior Motor Pricing & Data Science Lead

Allianz UK is seeking a Technical Pricing Manager for Direct Motor. Lead a team of 6 FTE to develop and maintain pricing models, using ML/GBM and GLMs, with hybrid work requiring 50% office presence in London or other major offices.

You will collaborate with the data and pricing hubs to ensure data quality and model freshness, while sharing expertise across global pricing teams. Strong leadership and motor insurance knowledge are essential.
