Structured Finance Associate — London | Mentored Growth

HIA Legal is seeking two Structured Finance Associates to join its London office. You will advise on a broad range of structured finance matters, including ABS, receivables and trade receivables financings, warehouse financings and cross-border structures, with close partner mentoring.

Candidates should have 1-6 years PQE and experience in structured finance or securitisation, with training at a recognised City, international or leading regional firm.
