Audit & Assurance School Leaver: ACA Training, Fully Funded

S&W in Birmingham is recruiting for a School Leaver Programme in Audit starting Sept 2027. You’ll join the Audit & Assurance team and work on diverse clients, gaining early exposure to testing controls and financial reporting while studying toward the ACA Level 7 qualification.

No prior accounting experience is required. You’ll receive funded training, a buddy system and strong support as you develop technical skills, commercial awareness and confidence to progress within the firm.
