D365BC Support Analyst: End-to-End Support & Training

Conspicuous in Milton Keynes seeks a Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) Support Analyst to provide 1st & 2nd line support across the business. Take ownership of BC support end-to-end—from ticket triage through to resolution—while also supporting project work, data analysis, and training the wider team on BC.

You will work with posting logic across modules (G/L, VAT, Dimensions, Inventory, Currency), monitor BC integrations, and coach colleagues on BC functionality.
