Resident-Focused Maintenance Technician

SPACE St Andrews is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to own day-to-day maintenance across residents’ rooms, apartments and shared spaces, from fixing a dripping tap to preparing rooms for new arrivals.

You’ll be practical, organized and able to prioritise when busy, with experience in general repairs and a caring approach to residents. You’ll work independently but also support the wider SPACE team to keep spaces safe, tidy and well‑presented.
