Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-time Teacher of Science
  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Plan, prepare and assess high-quality learning experiences that support student progress
  • Contribute to curriculum development within a collaborative and supportive department
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and aspirational classroom environment
  • Support wider school initiatives, enrichment activities and extracurricular opportunities related to your subject area

Pre-requisites:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Science at secondary level
  • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for inspiring young people
  • Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • A reflective practitioner who is committed to continuous professional development
