Key Responsibilities:
- Full-time Teacher of Science
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan, prepare and assess high-quality learning experiences that support student progress
- Contribute to curriculum development within a collaborative and supportive department
- Promote a positive, inclusive and aspirational classroom environment
- Support wider school initiatives, enrichment activities and extracurricular opportunities related to your subject area
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Science at secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for inspiring young people
- Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- A reflective practitioner who is committed to continuous professional development
