Heler Foods is seeking a seasoned Head of Operations to lead our creamery site, ensuring safe, efficient production of dairy and value-added products. You will drive performance across quality, service and cost while shaping the culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and hands-on experience in chilled food manufacturing. You will collaborate with Engineering, Projects and Commercial teams to achieve ROI and customer satisfaction.
