Senior Client Manager (French-speaking)

Overview

Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer accounts with recurring revenue responsibility.
• Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.
• Build executive-level relationships from managers to C-suite leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, and Services.
• Serve as primary post-sales contact to maximize customer value and long-term growth.
• Work independently with substantial customer-facing ownership.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Experience in customer-facing Sales, Customer Success, or Software Sales roles.
