Orgvue Organisation Design Specialist (6-month Contract)

Morson Group is seeking an Organisation Design Specialist to support organisation design projects within the People Function. The role focuses on organisation modelling and design using Orgvue, working with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders on the Sizewell C Project.

This hands-on position requires extensive Orgvue experience, strong stakeholder management, and delivery-focused project execution from diagnosis to implementation in a hybrid London setting.
