Principal Social Worker – Child Exploitation & Safeguarding

RCT Council is seeking an experienced and passionate Principal Social Worker to join the newly developed Supporting 14+ team, specialising in Child Exploitation. You will work on complex cases while guiding and supporting the wider team, shaping the service as it grows, and delivering trauma-informed, solution-focused practice in line with the RCt Model of Practice.
