Head of Health & Safety — Multi-Site Care

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Head of Health & Safety to lead the strategy and delivery of safety across its multi-site care home network in the UK. The role reports to the Director of Care Quality and influences culture and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will hold a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification, bring extensive H&S leadership experience in regulated environments, and travel across sites to drive compliance and safety improvements.
