Platinum Recruitment Group Ltd is assisting a PE-backed SME on a rare opportunity to appoint a hands-on Finance Director. Reporting to the MD, this first-ever FD-level hire will shape the finance function and influence expansion strategy as the business grows through acquisitions.

You’ll own end-to-end finance, lead M&A, flash reporting, statutory consolidation, and PE reporting, while mentoring the existing team. Hybrid working with a clear path to FD within two years.
