Overview
As Program Manager in the AFP team, you’ll drive electrification efforts for the Middle Mile, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders to deploy Zero Emission Vehicles across Europe. You’ll shape the BET expansion roadmap and build business cases for strategic initiatives that improve performance and customer experience. This is a high-impact role at a climate-conscious, fast-paced organization. You’ll influence senior leadership and help Amazon reach its Climate Pledge goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the BET Weekly Business Review and track metrics for fleet growth and health
- Contribute to the BET expansion strategy and deployment roadmap with cross-functional partners
- Support AFP carriers through vehicle deployment and resolving payment/operational gaps
- Coordinate driver type changes for the electric fleet to boost efficiency and achieve diesel TCO parity
- Manage transition to variable consumption-based payments with 3P vendors, Tax, Accounting, FinOps, and Finance
- Monitor project execution and customer feedback to ensure quality delivery on target
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics for improvements
