Global Equities Program Manager – Vice President

Overview

As Global Equities Program Manager, you will lead strategic, cross-functional programs from concept to execution within JPMorganChase’s Equities Operations. You’ll partner with Equities, Technology, Product, Finance and Operations to deliver complex initiatives that align with business strategy and risk guidelines. You will own program governance, status updates, and senior stakeholder communications, shaping the firm’s strategic direction in global equities. This role offers exposure to industry-driven change, automation, and digital solutions with significant impact. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of complex cross-functional programs across Equities and Prime to meet strategic objectives
• Define and oversee integrated program plans with aligned resources, milestones and deliverables
• Manage governance processes for timely, auditable project delivery
• Lead senior governance and communicate progress, risks, and issues to diverse stakeholders
• Ensure programs comply with risk, control and firm-wide guidelines to maintain control integrity
• Own high-visibility projects impacting the firm’s strategic direction

Key requirements

• Proven experience leading complex programs in a financial services setting
• Knowledge of financial markets or related financial services
• Experience in program governance and senior stakeholder management
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
