Program Manager – Professional Services UK/France

Overview

As Program Manager, you drive end-to-end AI transformation initiatives within Fortinet, coordinating cross-functional teams and integrating new acquisitions into Professional Services. You lead virtual teams of CS&S, AI engineers, and PS stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable solutions. You apply a structured change-management approach, aligning tools, processes, and governance to improve delivery efficiency and impact. This role combines business acumen with technical awareness to shape AI adoption and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships to understand needs across initiatives and manage changes
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with effective follow-up and reporting
• Develop WBS and project schedules to fit transformation needs
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution
• Define success criteria and communication/ risk plans for projects
• Propose training to embed optimized processes within PS
• Ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Apply Fortinet’s methodology and enforce project standards
• Communicate sensitive information tactfully
• Comply with Fortinet policy on AI resources

Key requirements

• Around 15 years in similar or management roles
• Technical understanding of security and networking projects
• Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking
• Outstanding negotiation, oral communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working independently and in teams
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities with analytical problem-solving
