Overview
In this role you will support the UK product management and development activities, helping to launch new funds and implement changes to existing products. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to govern product pipelines, respond to queries, and support senior product leaders. The role emphasizes data-informed decisions, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative problem-solving in a client‑centric asset management environment. You will gain exposure to mergers, fund reorganisations, and growth initiatives within the UK market.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and launching new products for the UK market
- Manage small product changes and support major initiatives including mergers, fund closures, and repositioning for growth
- Maintain product governance artifacts (pipelines, run-books, meeting notes, action logs)
- Engage with stakeholders across the firm to enable successful outcomes
- Respond to product queries and data requests from internal teams and external data vendors
- Provide support to the Director of UK Product Change & Development
- Collaborate with senior Product colleagues to build product knowledge and skills
Key requirements
- Numeracy: compile, analyse, interpret and present data clearly
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong literacy and communication to summarise points and draft shareholder materials
- Proactive in applying AI to improve Product Management processes and decision-making
- Well organized, diligent and able to meet deadlines
