Responsibilities
- Speaker acquisition: research, invite and onboard speakers for assigned events under guidance
- Speaker logistics and communication: manage speaker communications, gather information, schedule prep calls, coordinate travel and protocol needs
- Administrative and reporting: maintain speaker trackers and update client decks
- Event delivery support: prepare briefing packs, arrange pre-conference calls, assist on-site delivery and event execution
Key requirements
- English language proficiency (written and spoken) essential
- Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders
- Outstanding administrative, organisational and project management capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to instructions and deadlines
- Ability to manage complex research autonomously and stay informed on current affairs
