Overview

In this role you drive product quality across physical stores and online channels, shaping quality programs for launched and future products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, compliance, and customer trust while leveraging data to identify trends and improvements. Your work will influence pre-launch and post-launch decisions, supplier improvements, and automation of data management. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you help scale our private brands and sustain quality leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage robust product quality program for pre-launch and post-launch activities
  • Ensure quality metrics, KPIs, and SOP alignment across regions and programs
  • Oversee Quality Underperforming Product Program to drive improvements post-launch
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to implement corrective actions without compromising safety or customer satisfaction
  • Conduct supplier quality assessments and support process improvements
  • Oversee quality performance reporting and data-driven monitoring of product and supplier performance
  • Identify opportunities to automate data handling and simplify quality management systems
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key requirements

  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
  • Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive change
  • Experience in customer-facing product development and management, including launching and optimizing products/services
  • Strong written and verbal communication across all organizational levels
  • Experience managing multiple projects with prioritization and time management
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, distribution logistics, retail, or grocery management
