Contract Performance Lead – Property Services

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is representing a local authority for the hire of a Contracts Manager in its property services division. The successful candidate will drive performance and financial delivery across the contract, drawing on experience from a main contractor or housing environment with repairs, disrepair, damp & mould and void streams.

You will oversee direct staff and supply chain resources, reporting KPI results to client counterparts and arranging regular progress meetings.
