The role is hands-on, maintaining high-spec office building services and ensuring mechanical plant operates efficiently, with involvement in both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.

The position requires a City & Guilds mechanical qualification and proven experience in commercial building maintenance, including FCUs and HVAC systems.
