Overview
In this role you lead Bloomberg’s enterprise AI product, shaping the vision, strategy and commercial model to scale firm-wide AI adoption. You’ll manage a team of product managers responsible for privacy, capacity, collaboration and central administration, turning per-seat capabilities into a platform used across firms. You partner with enterprise clients and internal partners to drive governance, security and adoption, delivering measurable impact across pricing and KPIs. This is a high-visibility leadership role at the intersection of AI, enterprise software and governance.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise AI product vision, strategy and roadmap across privacy, capacity, collaboration and administration.
- Manage commercials and pricing end-to-end for enterprise tiers (ASKB+, ASKB Teams, ASKB Enterprise) and drive revenue.
- Lead and grow a team of product managers responsible for distinct pillars, aligning them to a single product vision.
- Define pricing leverage and capacity-based commercial models with telemetry and usage data.
- Develop admin tooling and governance features required by regulated financial institutions.
- Define how teams collaborate around AI, including context, projects, agents, workflows and integrations.
- Expand into new cohorts (e.g., research, private credit, insurance) and validate adoption strategies with clients.
- Define KPIs and adoption metrics and communicate performance to leadership.
Key requirements
- Proven product leadership in enterprise software, SaaS or AI platforms, including leading concepts through launch.
- Experience owning commercials and pricing strategy for enterprise/SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based products or enterprise productivity platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software administration, governance and security.
- Experience setting product vision across multiple workstreams and managing cross-functional roadmaps.
- Experience authoring Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and coordinating complex roadmaps.
