Sub Agent, Heavy Civil Works Lead

Advance TRS is seeking a Sub Agent – Heavy Civils to oversee delivery of defined sections of works on active sites in Scotland. You will coordinate engineers, site teams, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

The role focuses on controlling quality, managing setting out, surveying, and addressing technical challenges with project and design teams. A proactive safety culture and regular site inspections are expected.
