Lead Safeguarding Officer, Women’s Football League

The FA seeks a dedicated Designated Safeguarding Officer for the Women’s National League to lead safeguarding strategy across the WNL, partner with clubs and County FAs, and drive improvements in welfare and compliance throughout the women’s game.

You will travel nationally one or two days per week, partner with safeguarding teams, recruit Club Welfare Officers, deliver CPD and training, and ensure robust referral processes align with FA policies and thresholds.
