Data Insight & MI Lead – Drive Impact with Dashboards

Citizens Advice BANES is seeking a Data, Insight and Management Information Officer to lead on performance reporting, data quality and service intelligence within our Crisis Payments Service. You will transform data into actionable insight, produce reports, analyse trends and develop dashboards to improve service delivery.

The role requires strong Excel and data analysis skills, the ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly, and knowledge of GDPR.
